Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within [5–7 business days] after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and retain all packaging materials. Claims for damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier.
